Refund policy

Because of the nature of our handcrafted items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we take quality very seriously and are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. We’re happy to work with our customers to make sure they love our products just as much as we love making them. 

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Seasonal, discounted, or custom items may be final sale
