Purchase Options

• All products and experiences at Lunar Rei may be purchased in-store or online (when applicable).
• Custom items, special orders, workshops, and event reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for any purchase.
• Cancellations for workshops, reservations, or special events made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time may receive store credit for the amount paid.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are not eligible for store credit, transfers, or rescheduling.
• Store credit does not expire and may be used for products, workshops, or future bookings.

Exchanges

• Physical products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days if unused, unlit, and in original condition.
