Welcome to Lunar Rei. By visiting our studio, purchasing products, attending workshops or events, or accessing any services we provide, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

1. General Use



Lunar Rei provides retail products, candle-pouring experiences, workshops, events, and beverage services. All guests must comply with all posted policies, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or behaves in a way that is unsafe or disruptive.


 

 

2. Age Requirements

 

  • Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Some workshops and events may have age restrictions; these will be listed at booking.

 

 

 

3. Purchases & Payment


  • All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale or booking.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other listed payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


 

 

 

4. No Refund Policy

 

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for products, bookings, events, or services.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

 

  • Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days if unused, unlit, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Seasonal, discounted, or custom items may be final sale.


 

 

 

5. Workshop & Event Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled workshop or event are eligible for store credit.
  • Cancellations made under 48 hours, including no-shows, are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for products or future bookings.


Lunar Rei reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to emergencies, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, customers will receive store credit.


 

 

6. Candle-Pouring & Experience Policies

 

By participating in any candle-pouring or hands-on activity, you acknowledge that:

  • You will follow all safety instructions.
  • You understand that handling hot wax and fragrances carries inherent risks.
  • Lunar Rei is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or failure to follow staff guidance.


Children must be supervised at all times.


 

 

7. Beverage Service

 

  • Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed on-site.
  • Overconsumption, disruptive behavior, or attempting to provide alcohol to minors will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund or credit.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse beverage service at their discretion.

 

 


8. Gift Items, Artisanal Goods & Inventory

Handcrafted items, art, accessories, and specialty goods may vary in appearance due to their handmade nature.

Once an item is purchased and leaves the store, Lunar Rei is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents.

 

 

 

9. Liability

 

By visiting Lunar Rei or participating in any service, you agree that Lunar Rei, its owners, and its employees are not liable for:

  • Personal injury due to misuse of products or failure to follow safety instructions
  • Property damage or loss
  • Allergic reactions to fragrances, botanicals, or materials used in our products or workshops


If you have sensitivities, allergies, or medical concerns, please inform staff before participating.

 

 

 

10. Privacy

 

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during purchases or bookings is used solely to provide services and will not be sold or shared except as required by law.


 

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

Lunar Rei may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
